Todd Williams is the Lead Pastor of Cross Factor Church. In 2017, after God had spoke to him in regards to starting a church in Rockmart, Ga. where him and his wife Kristy have raised their family for over 20 years. After several months of fasting and prayer, and hearing the word of God and seeing the vision God had set before him for this area, he approached his Bishop (H. Alan Mushegan, Sr. of East-West Church) with a heart to develop one of their church's start-up ministries in Rockmart, Georgia. Pastor Todd sought spiritual guidance from his Bishop. With his support and spiritual covering, Pastor Todd and his wife Kristy set out to fulfill the vision that God had placed in their hearts.
God's desire was for them to plant a spirit filled on fire church in the Rockmart area. It is their heart that the church should not be about four walls, but rather a family of belivers that demonsate the true love of Jesus Christ. Not only in the building but in the community.
